Talent Web Recruitment in Sydney’s Western Suburbs is seeking a Project Engineer to support a large civil infrastructure program in Western Sydney. You will work with the Project Manager and site team to coordinate subcontractors, manage design interfaces and resolve technical queries.

The role requires experience in bulk earthworks, roads and utilities, with strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills. Procore and Laminar experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Experience as Project Engineer in civil infrastructure, subdivisions or earthworks.
• Strong coordination and communication with subcontractors, consultants and design teams.
• Proficiency with Procore, Laminar or similar project software.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day project delivery across multiple fronts.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and design interfaces.
• Coordinate with design consultants to resolve construction issues.
• Manage RFIs, technical queries and design clarifications.
• Support design management activities and constructability reviews.
• Monitor deliverables and ensure works stay on programme.
• Prepare RFIs, NCRs, ITPs and project documentation.
• Track programme, productivity and milestones.
• Assist with procurement and subcontractor management.
• Monitor costs, variations and progress claims.
• Support QA and compliance on site.
• Liaise with client representatives and authorities.
• Prepare regular progress reporting.
• Drive proactive problem solving and coordination.
