Job summary

Cumberland City Council is seeking a Team Member Infrastructure to carry out maintenance across footpaths, roads and drainage, ensuring works meet community expectations. The role is permanent and full-time, based at Auburn and Guildford depots with travel across council sites, operating various small plant equipment.

The position requires at least 3 years in civil maintenance, MR license or willingness to obtain, and relevant safety cards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in civil maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of road, footpath and drainage maintenance.
• Able to work in a team and handle overtime.
• Possess MR license or willing to obtain.
• Current White Card.
• Traffic Control Training Card (Blue/Yellow).
• WWCC information if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform footpath, road and drainage maintenance.
• Work efficiently to meet council and community expectations.
• Travel across council worksites and locations as required.
• Contribute to upkeep of public domain presentations.
