Job summary

Cumberland City Council is seeking a Team Member Infrastructure to perform civil maintenance across footpaths, roads and drainage, ensuring high standards of presentation across Council worksites. The role requires teamwork, a strong customer focus and the ability to operate small plant equipment.

Qualifications

• The successful applicant will have strong teamwork and customer service skills.
• Experience operating small civil plants (e.g. roller, plate compactor).
• MR license and traffic control/white cards or willingness to obtain them.
• Background in asphalt or concreting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on footpaths, roads and drainage to Council standards.
• Work across multiple worksites with travel across Council locations.
• Operate small plant equipment and assist in safety and site housekeeping.
