Job summary

The City of Kwinana invites applications for an experienced Technical Officer to join our Technical Operations team on a fixed-term basis. The role focuses on planning, coordinating and delivering maintenance and capital works for roads, drainage, footpaths and other assets.

You will work with engineering, asset management and contractors to ensure safe, efficient and sustainable service delivery, develop works programs, manage asset data and support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated asset maintenance planning experience with works programs and project plans.
• Experience in operational risk management, safety documentation and WHS requirements.
• Advanced computer literacy with planning, spatial data and reporting tools; AutoCAD desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver maintenance and capital works programs for civil infrastructure.
• Develop practical works programs and manage asset information.
• Support delivery of projects with engineering and asset management teams.
