Alder Group is seeking an experienced Civil Estimator to join our Gold Coast team. You will deliver detailed estimates, engage with internal stakeholders and support tender development for civil infrastructure projects across Southeast Queensland and Northern Rivers.

Qualifications

• Commitment to quality and professionalism in all tasks.
• Proficient with Expert Estimation (or similar)
• At least 3+ years in a similar role.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Undertake detailed estimates using quotations and rates from first principles.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Assist with development/streamlining of estimating systems and libraries.
• Collaborate with Business Development to identify opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Prepare tender or budget estimates and conduct early tender meetings.
• Support post-tender discussions and team meetings.
