Job summary

Alder Construction is seeking an Estimator to join our Civil team in Toowoomba, QLD. You will work with our Civil Business Development Manager, Civil Estimator and Estimating Cadet to deliver detailed resource estimates and support tender development.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering and on-site exposure, with strong communication and meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate estimates and successful bids.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified Civil Engineer with on-site experience or credibility from working with well-regarded local Civil Contractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High level attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Undertake detailed resource estimates.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders.
• Assist with the development/streamlining of current estimating system.
• Work closely with the Business Development Team ensuring continued growth.
• Collaborate with key suppliers to maintain high quality relationships and a strong supply chain.
