Job summary

City of Sydney is seeking motivated Crew Members to join our civil maintenance teams. You will contribute to maintaining roads, footways, and public infrastructure as part of a dynamic team.

Applicants should be physically capable, hold a Class C Licence, and be prepared to obtain MR Licence, TCP, and IMP accreditations within six months. The role offers permanent full-time employment with regular RDOs and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be physically capable of outdoor manual labour.
• Demonstrate safety, teamwork and customer service.
• Hold a current Class C Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Undertake civil maintenance activities on roads, footpaths and related infrastructure.
• Perform general labouring duties and operate plant and equipment as required.
• Respond to maintenance requests and community safety issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality maintenance services.
• Carry out other duties as directed by Supervisors and Management.
