Job summary

Central Coast Council NSW is seeking Crew Members to operate civil trucks and plant, performing road, drainage, concreting and maintenance tasks across the Central Coast. You will contribute to safe, high‑quality services for the community and work within a team to meet schedules.

Applicants must hold an MR Licence and relevant RMS certificates, with the ability to deliver customer‑focussed service. This permanent full‑time role offers progression opportunities and a 9‑day fortnight.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid MR driver's licence.
• Current RMS Traffic Controller Certificate (Blue Card) is required.
• Current RMS Traffic Control Implementation (Yellow Card) is required.
• Construction General Induction (White Card/WorkSafe or equivalent) is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate trucks and plant on civil sites.
• Carry out road, drainage, concreting and general civil maintenance tasks.
• Support traffic control requirements and site safety practices.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high‑quality community infrastructure.
