Job summary

Brunel is seeking a Project Manager with civil construction expertise to own project programming, resourcing and procurement on urban and industrial works in SEQ. You will lead project teams, manage subcontractors and coordinate delivery across site operations.

This permanent, full-time role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance and strong financial governance, with clear pathways for career development within Brunel’s established civil contractor network.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil construction.
• Strong background delivering urban and industrial civil projects, including land development and infrastructure.
• Sound commercial, contractual and financial management skills.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, programming and project delivery.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and manage subcontractors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Civil Engineering or Construction Management qualification preferred.
• White Card and full Australian working rights.
