Job summary

Public Transport Authority in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Manager to lead the Civil Branch within the Network & Infrastructure Division. You will provide strategic leadership across civil engineering, civil maintenance and third-party management to ensure our infrastructure assets are safe, reliable and compliant.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status with Engineers Australia, or eligibility and commitment to achieving Chartered status within an agreed timeframe.
• Extensive leadership experience within the civil engineering industry.
• Significant experience providing strategic engineering advice to senior leaders and contributing to asset improvement and reliability outcomes.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams responsible for planning, design, commissioning, maintenance and construction activities.
• Demonstrated expertise in asset management frameworks and the development of long-term asset management strategies.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
