Job summary

Titan Recruitment Pty Ltd. is seeking a Civil Engineer specialising in Land Development to lead end-to-end residential and industrial subdivision projects.

You will guide concepts through design approvals, contract administration, and on-site construction oversight, collaborating with clients and authorities. Ideal candidates will have a Civil Engineering degree, at least 3 years of post-graduate experience in land development, and strong knowledge of 12D design software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years post-graduate experience in land development.
• Experience in industrial/residential subdivisions and with 12D software.

Responsibilities

• Manage land development projects from inception to handover.
• Act as primary technical contact with clients, councils and service authorities.
• Involvement in design of roads, earthworks, stormwater, and utility infrastructure.
• Manage contract documentation, variations, progress claims, and cost control.
• Conduct on-site inspections and supervise construction works to ensure compliance.
