Job summary

SEE Group is seeking a Project Engineer to work closely with the Project Manager and site teams on subdivision projects, driving delivery across roads, drainage and earthworks. You’ll be accountable for programming, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring safety, quality and on-time performance.

Ideal candidates bring civil engineering credentials and a track record in subdivision or civil infrastructure, with strong cost control and leadership skills to guide on-site teams to successful

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering is required.
• Proven experience delivering subdivision or civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong financial acumen including forecasting, variations and cost control.
• Confident in managing subcontractors and on-site teams.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Ability to lead from the front and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Drive programming and construction methodology on active subdivisions.
• Coordinate supervisors, subcontractors, plant and procurement.
• Oversee QA systems, ITP reviews and compliance.
• Forecast monthly costs and support financial reporting.
• Manage variations and scope changes effectively.
