Job summary

Titan Recruitment Pty Ltd. is seeking a Civil Engineer specialising in Land Development to lead end-to-end residential and industrial subdivision projects.

You will guide concepts through design approvals, contract administration, and on-site construction oversight, collaborating with clients and authorities. Ideal candidates will have a Civil Engineering degree, at least 3 years of post-graduate experience in land development, and strong knowledge of 12D design software.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Civil Engineer - Land Development (Industrial & Residential)

About Our Client:

Our client combines premium technical expertise, deep practical experience, and active senior involvement to deliver highly efficient, commercially sound civil engineering outcomes. We work closely with our partners across the full project lifecycle-from initial due diligence and master planning through to detailed design, delivery, and handover. Due to a strong and growing pipeline of work, we are seeking a developing Civil Engineer specialising in Land Development to join our team.

The Role:

You will play a pivotal role in managing and driving both industrial and residential subdivision projects. This is an end-to-end delivery role where you will partner directly with clients, guiding them seamlessly from initial engineering concepts, through design approval stages, and straight into contract administration and on-site construction monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Lifecycle Ownership: Manage land development projects across both residential and industrial sub-divisions from inception to final handover.
• Client & Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the primary technical point of contact, working closely with clients, councils, and service authorities to secure design approvals.
• Detailed Civil Design: Oversite or direct involvement in the design of roads, earthworks, stormwater drainage, and utility infrastructure.
• Contract Administration: Manage contract documentation, evaluate variations, progress claims, and oversee project cost control.
• Construction Monitoring: Conduct on-site inspections and construction superintendency to ensure engineering works comply with designs, standards, and safety guidelines.

What We Are Looking For:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years Post-Graduate experience.
• Demonstrated experience working within land development, specifically with industrial and/or residential sub-divisions.
• Working Knowledge of 12D design software.
• Strong knowledge of local council design standards, planning schemes, and approval frameworks.
• Proven track record in contract administration and supervising active civil construction sites.
• Excellent communication skills with an innate ability to build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
