Ready for more variety, more responsibility and your next career move?
Hanlons is growing our Engineering team in Tamworth and we’re looking for a Civil Engineer / Civil Designer with approximately 2–5 years’ practical experience.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants exposure to more than one type of civil engineering project.
You could be working across roads and pavements, subdivisions and land development, stormwater and drainage, hydrology and hydraulics, water and sewer infrastructure, rail and other infrastructure projects throughout NSW.
You’ll prepare designs and drawings, undertake engineering calculations and technical documentation, contribute to design reviews and verification, communicate with clients and other project stakeholders and work collaboratively across our multidisciplinary team.
As your capability develops, there will also be opportunities to grow your involvement in project management, client relationships and mentoring others.
If you’re already living regionally, this could be the opportunity to take the next step without leaving home. If you’re considering a tree change, it could be the chance to build your career while gaining a little more life outside work.
We’re interested in capability and potential, not just what your job title currently says.
You may be a Civil Engineer with a few years’ experience, a Graduate Engineer ready for broader exposure, or an experienced Civil Designer who has developed strong practical capability through work and study.
Thinking about your next move? Think Tamworth.
Interesting projects. Genuine career development. Shorter commutes. A growing regional city and the opportunity to build your career without putting the rest of your life on hold.
