Job summary

PCR Talent in Sydney is seeking a Civil Engineer/Civil Design Engineer to contribute to residential subdivisions, greenfield land development and urban infrastructure. You will work on road design, drainage, earthworks and related civil infrastructure while coordinating with a team of engineers, designers and clients.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in AU/NZ consultancies.

CIVIL ENGINEER / CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEER - SYDNEY

• Land Development / Urban Development
• Conveniently located in a number of conveniently offices in Sydney
• Still relatively young built around 100 staff within 10 years
• Great salary $165-134k depending on experience.

With an established project pipeline and continued business growth, the consultancy is looking for a capable Civil Engineer who can contribute to the successful delivery of residential subdivisions, greenfield developments and urban infrastructure projects.

The Opportunity - You will be involved in:

• Civil engineering design for residential subdivisions and urban development projects.
• Road design, earthworks, stormwater drainage and associated civil infrastructure.
• Preparing design documentation, calculations and technical reports.
• Coordinating with engineers, designers, project managers and other consultants.
• Liaising with clients, councils and relevant approval authorities.
• Assisting with project delivery, documentation and design coordination.
• Developing your technical expertise across a variety of land development projects.

Ideally, you will bring:

• 3-8 years of civil engineering experience, preferably within an Australian / NZ engineering consultancy.
• Experience in residential subdivisions, greenfield land development and urban development.
• Strong understanding of roads, drainage, earthworks and civil infrastructure design.
• Experience with 12D, MUSIC and DRAINS would be highly regarded.
• Exposure to HEC-RAS or other hydraulic modelling software would be advantageous.
• Good technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence communicating with colleagues, clients and external stakeholders.
• A positive attitude and a genuine interest in developing your civil engineering career.
