Job summary

Select Labour in Townsville is seeking a Civil Dozer Operator with a HR licence to join our team. The role supports a growing client site with a Monday to Friday roster and Saturdays available.

As part of a dynamic civil construction team, you will operate dozers, perform pre-start checks, maintain production targets, and uphold site safety standards while collaborating with supervisors and site personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Construction Card.
• RII for operating a Dozer with 2+ years experience.
• Operate Dozers safely and efficiently within a civil construction environment.
• Sort, move and manage materials.
• Work stockpiles and operate off the face with a strong focus on safe operating procedures.
• Load and move materials while maintaining production targets and site safety standards.
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance.
• Work closely with supervisors and site personnel to ensure smooth site operations.
• Follow all relevant site policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Assist with additional site duties when required.
• HR licence.
• Must be able to work autonomously.
• Demonstrated commitment to safe working practices.
• Clear thinker in fast paced environment with proven ability to meet deadlines.
