Qualifications
- Proven experience as Civil Designer in urban, land development and subdivision projects.
- Qualifications in civil engineering/design or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of local authority and state approval processes.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Experience with multidisciplinary teams is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Prepare conceptual and detailed designs using 12D for land development, subdivisions and road infrastructure.
- Interpret design requirements across State and Local Government standards.
- Collaborate with transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping teams.
- Engage with clients to understand project needs and contribute to successful outcomes.
