Job summary

RoadTek, part of the Queensland Government, is seeking a competent Workplace Trainer to coordinate and deliver accredited and non-accredited civil construction training programs in Brisbane. You will identify workforce capability needs and develop practical training solutions aligned to business objectives, while managing schedules, records, licences and competency requirements.

You will monitor training performance and costs using management systems, reporting to management and supporting

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training and developing workforce capability.
• Strong organisational skills and a commitment to quality outcomes.
• Ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in civil construction, infrastructure, training or workforce development environments is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver accredited and non-accredited civil construction training programs.
• Identify workforce capability needs and develop training solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Manage training schedules, records, licences and competency requirements through training management systems.
• Monitor training performance, costs and key metrics; provide reports and recommendations to management.
• Support the Civil Tradesperson Development Program and other workforce development initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with operational leaders to drive workforce planning and capability outcomes.
