Job summary

Pilbara Minerals Limited is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor for our Pilbara operation. The role involves supervising tailings dam lifts, road works and other civil tasks on site, ensuring quality and safety on a 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth or DIDO in the Pilbara region.

The ideal candidate has five years in a similar supervisory civil role, an engineering qualification, and relevant health and safety certifications. WA C-class licence required; remote operation experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a Civil Supervisory role, including tailings dam lifts and road works.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate teams and coordinate contractors.
• Strong safety/environmental compliance and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tailings dam lifts, road works and other civil construction activities to meet quality and project requirements.
• Coordinate civil contractors, site personnel and resources to deliver work safely, on time and within budget.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to Construction Superintendent and stakeholders.
• Champion safe work practices and enforce Life Saving Rules on site.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, environmental requirements and PLS policies.
