Job summary

EMS (SA) Pty Ltd in South Australia seeks an experienced civil project manager to lead a new civil construction business. You will oversee tendering, programming, cost control and delivery while building capability and client relationships from day one.

You will bring a civil engineering degree or equivalent industry experience, with a proven track record in estimating, pricing and delivering civil projects across SA, and strong commercial and contract acumen.

Qualifications

• Proven track record estimating, pricing and delivering civil construction projects.
• Established relationships across the SA civil construction industry.
• Sound commercial and contract acumen.

Responsibilities

• Price and win civil construction work across South Australia.
• Lead projects from tender through to completion, including programming, cost control, quality and safety.
• Set up and refine the systems, resourcing and team as the business grows.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Work alongside the directors on the strategy, direction and growth of the business.
• Ensure work meets Australian Standards, contract and HSEQ requirements.
