Job summary

McCallum Excavation Services in New South Wales is seeking a Civil Construction Labourer/MR Vehicle Operator. The role requires a hard-working person with a can-do attitude to assist with civil works, including digging around utilities, pit & pipe installations, and NBN rollout assistance.

You must be able to operate Hydro-Vac units and small excavators, hold an MR license, and possess a White Card with relevant tickets.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil construction including digging around utility services and pit & pipe installation.
• Experience with NBN rollout is preferred.
• Ability to operate Hydro-Vac units.
• Ability to operate small excavators.
• MR license.
• Relevant workplace tickets and licenses (must include white card).
• Labourers are also required - white card essential.
• Willing to travel and overtime availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate Hydro-Vac units on civil construction sites.
• Operate small excavators as required.
• Assist with pit & pipe installation and utility service works.
• Travel as needed and be available for overtime.

This is a full time position with roles available to start immediately.

Some travelis required. You must be available for overtime.
