Job summary

Next Level Consulting Solutions in Rockhampton invites applications for Labourer roles on a minor civil works project. You will join a small, tight-knit crew and contribute across water truck operations, tipper duties, fencing setup and general site labour.

The role requires a current MR licence, a Construction White Card and a readiness to work outdoors and support teammates. You may be asked to assist with machinery spotting and site safety tasks on site in Rockhampton.

Qualifications

• Current MR licence is mandatory.
• Construction White Card (General Induction) is required.
• Willingness to labour – dual role, not drive-only.
• Experience or confidence spotting excavators and trenching machines is preferred.
• Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor, hands-on work.
• Reliable transport to Rockhampton site.
• Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol screen (RDT).

Responsibilities

• Operate MR water truck for dust suppression and site water management.
• Operate a Tipper for earthworks and import of fill.
• Set up and install temporary fencing and site establishment works.
• Spot and assist machines during trenching operations.
• Shovel work and general site labouring as required.
• Follow site safety procedures and SWMS at all times.

We have a new project kicking off in Rockhampton for some minor Civil Works. You will be a part of a small crew - hence the need for Labourers who can also jump into a tipper or water truck as necessary.

• Reliable transport to site (Rockhampton)
• Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol screen (Random Site Testing)
