Markwell Group is seeking a Civil Construction Supervisor/Project Manager to lead on-site execution of subdivision projects from earthworks to handovers. You’ll oversee roads, drainage, and utilities to ensure safety, timeliness, and budget compliance.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in civil construction supervision, with experience on medium to large scale residential and commercial subdivisions. A Diploma or trade background in civil construction is highly regarded, and a Class C license is

• Minimum 5+ years experience as a Civil Construction Supervisor.
• Experience on moderate to large scale residential and commercial subdivisions or major civil infrastructure.
• Trade backgrounds, Certificates or Diploma in Civil Construction & Project Management highly regarded.
• Open Class C drivers license required.

Civil Construction Supervisor/Project Manager

The Civil Construction Supervisor oversees the on-site execution of commercial and industrial subdivision projects from initial earthworks to final handovers. This role ensures that all civil infrastructure—including roads, heavy-duty pavements, drainage systems, and major utility networks is built safely, on time, within budget, and to precise engineering specifications.

About you

Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Civil Construction Supervisor

Demonstrated experience working on moderate to large scale residential and commercial subdivisions, or major civil infrastructure

Trade backgrounds, Certificates or Diploma in Civil Construction & Project Management highly regarded

Minimum of an open "C" Class drivers license required

Machinery tickets and experience highly desirable but not essential
