JK Williams Group is launching a 1st Year Apprentice Civil Construction program in Western Sydney, starting early 2027. You’ll work with experienced operators on major civil sites, earning while you learn and progressing toward a Certificate III Civil Construction (Plant Operations).

This full-time apprenticeship emphasizes safety, hands-on training, and real project exposure across subdivisions, infrastructure, and roads. A strong team environment awaits you.

Qualifications

• Year 10 completed (ROSA).
• WHS Industry Induction Card (White Card) required.
• Australian permanent residency or valid work rights.

Responsibilities

• Dig trenches on large civil construction sites.
• Lay AG line and culverts as directed.
• Learn to operate mobile plant and equipment.
• Work across residential subdivisions and road projects.
