Job summary

Protech Darwin is seeking experienced Civil All Round Operators for immediate starts across major civil projects in the Darwin region. Roles include Excavator (GPS), Loader, Roller, Dozer, Grader and Water Cart Operators.

We offer local work in Darwin (potential FIFO), meal and travel allowances, and 50–60 hour weeks with long term opportunities. Applicants must have 5+ years of civil plant experience, a White Card, a valid licence and be able to pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating plant on civil construction projects (minimum 5yrs experience).
• Current White Card
• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery safely and efficiently on Civil Construction projects
• Bulk and detailed earthworks
• Road construction and subdivision works
• Pre start inspections and basic machine maintenance
• Working closely with Supervisors and Civil Crews
• Maintaining site safety and project standards

Civil All Round Operator – Darwin Projects (Local Candidates Only)

Protech Darwin is currently seeking experienced Civil Operators for immediate starts across multiple major projects throughout the Darwin region.
We are working with some of the Territory’s leading Civil Contractors and have opportunities available for experienced:

• Excavator Operators (GPS)


• Loader Operators


• Roller Operators


• Dozer Operators


• Grader Operators


• Water Cart Operators

These positions offer ongoing work, strong hourly rates, and the opportunity to be part of some of Darwin’s largest civil construction projects.

What’s On Offer

• Local Work in Darwin – potentially FIFO


• Meal allowance: $19 per day


• Travel allowance: $22 per day


• 50-60 hour weeks available or 2/1


• Long term work with reputable Civil Contractors – some temp to perm options

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery safely and efficiently on Civil Construction projects

To Be Successful You Will Have
