Job summary

ASIC in Australia seeks a senior cyber security leader to shape and execute the enterprise security strategy, protecting critical systems, data and public trust amid rapid technology change.

You will advise the Commission and executives on risk and investment, lead governance, threat monitoring and incident response, embed secure-by-design across services and transformation programs, and build a contemporary, resilient cyber security function.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in cyber security, information technology, computer science or business management.
• Experience leading security strategy, operations, resilience or transformation in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• As ASIC's senior cyber security leader, advise executives on security posture, risk and investment.
• Lead governance, assurance, threat monitoring and incident response.
• Embed secure-by-design practices across services and transformation initiatives.
• Oversee the Cyber Security Transformation Program and build a high-performing, inclusive team.
