SEEK is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to steer the cybersecurity strategy, governance, and risk management across our enterprise. Reporting to the CIO, you will lead a high-performing security team and mature our cyber maturity while enabling business growth.

This role supports a hybrid work arrangement with offices across Australia and a focus on resilience, incident response, AI risk, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a CISO or 2IC level role.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformational initiatives across a group.
• Proven experience uplifting cybersecurity maturity at an enterprise level.
• Strong focus on enterprise cyber risk management across the business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategy, policies and procedures.
• Lead security governance, risk, incident response and awareness.
• Report to executives and manage key stakeholders.
