Job summary

Event Cinemas Pacific Fair is seeking a Hospitality Worker to assist in daily cinema operations and customer service. You will perform general cinema duties, maintain cleanliness and presentation, handle food and beverage prep, and support the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates have basic maths and English, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. RSA may be required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Competent in basic Maths and English.

Responsibilities

• General cinema duties following standard operating procedures.
• Maintain high cleanliness and hygiene throughout the cinema complex.
• Ensure correct product presentation and stock replenishment according to merchandising planogram.
• Assist with ticket checks and customer service to ensure a smooth cinema experience.
• Attend mandatory training sessions and adhere to WHS practices.
