Job summary

CitiPower and Powercor is seeking a Project Delivery Lead to drive CIAW projects in the Bendigo region. Based in Bendigo, you’ll lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring safety, budget adherence, and regulatory compliance while balancing customer needs and business goals.

You’ll build strong customer relationships, manage risks, and coordinate with contractors, internal teams, and external partners to achieve efficient delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV ESI Power Systems or Diploma/PM qualification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Electricity Distribution industry.
• Understanding of CIAW and related policies/codes.
• Ability to negotiate outcomes and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure CIAW project delivery.
• Negotiate outcomes with customers balancing network capacity, safety and commercial factors.
• Manage internal stakeholders' expectations with timely communication.
• Identify and address project risks and overruns with corrective action.
• Ensure contractor compliance with legislative, regulatory and contractual obligations.
• Provide technical advice on AER guidelines and CitiPower/Powercor policies.
• Consult with stakeholders to determine Least Cost Technically Acceptable options.
