Job summary

Zinfra is expanding its ACT operation and seeks an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex civil engineering projects. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensure safety, quality, schedule and cost controls, and align with contractual and regulatory requirements.

The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to support reliability and resilience of essential infrastructure assets across Australia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering civil construction projects across planning, design and delivery phases.
• Strong programme management, cost control, contract administration, and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage project teams, contractors, and suppliers to deploy resources within scope.
• Lead site and delivery teams, monitor programme, cost, quality, productivity and HSE performance.
• Drive accountability for performance and professional standards to ensure quality delivery.
• Provide regular performance feedback to build capability, engagement and retention across project teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes, cost forecasts and risk registers with accurate reporting.
