Job summary

BLACKROC Recruitment seeks an experienced CIAM Tech Lead for an 18-month contract with a Federal Government organisation in Australia. The role combines hands-on software engineering with technical leadership, focusing on delivering scalable CIAM solutions and guiding a team of engineers.

You will design, implement, review code, and mentor peers while collaborating with stakeholders to integrate CIAM across systems and leverage AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity and quality.

Qualifications

Advanced CIAM experience delivering complex solutions.
Strong engineering background with hands-on leadership.
Expertise in OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC).

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and delivery of complex CIAM solutions.
Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable and maintainable code.
Solve complex technical and implementation challenges.
Design solutions for advanced CIAM requirements.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
Contribute to estimation, technical refinement and delivery planning.
Mentor and support less experienced engineers.
Work with stakeholders to integrate CIAM with existing systems.
Explore emerging technologies and AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and code quality.
