Pillow Talk in Rutherford is hiring for a Christmas Retail Sales Assistant to join our busy store team. This Christmas casual role supports customers with friendly service and helps create attractive home looks, especially for the holiday season.

The ideal candidate is confident, outgoing, and able to multitask across varied duties, including stock display and customer assistance, while working across seven days and weekends. Immediate start with a short-term contract through 24 January 2027.

• You’re full of personality and confidence, and can quickly develop interpersonal connections with customers and colleagues.
• You have the ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities in retail.
• You have great availability across seven days, especially weekends.

We are now looking for additional team members across the country to help us bring the Christmas spirit alive. Anyone can offer you a job at Christmas, but we’ve got something else in mind - JOY!It's not about how much you know about linen, homewares, or bedding (we can teach you that!), it’s about you, and your unwavering passion to delight every customer you engage!

A bit about you…

• You have great availability for work across the seven days of the week, and most importantly our busy weekends
• Great listening skills and problem-solving skills to help our customers find the perfect home gift idea for their loved ones...(comfort really is the gift that keeps on giving!)
• This role will be a maximum-term contract and therefore, you must be available from now until 24th January 2027
