Pillow Talk in Toowoomba is hiring for a Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistant. You’ll help customers with home decor and gifts, unpack festive stock, and create delightful shopping experiences during the peak season.

The role is a maximum-term contract running until 24 January 2027, with a fun, customer‑focused environment. We’re seeking confident team players who enjoy talking with customers, can multitask, and have strong weekend availability.

Qualifications

• You’re friendly and confident with customers and colleagues.
• Able to multitask and handle changing priorities in a busy retail environment.
• Great listening and problem-solving skills to help customers find gifts.
• Excellent availability across all seven days, especially weekends.

Responsibilities

• Unpack new Christmas stock and help customers create decorative looks for the home.

• You’re full of personality and confidence, and can quickly develop interpersonal connections with customers and colleagues
• You have the ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities and all the curveballs that retail can throw at you
• You have great availability for work across the seven days of the week, and most importantly our busy weekends
• Great listening skills and problem-solving skills to help our customers find the perfect home gift idea for their loved ones...(comfort really is the gift that keeps on giving!)
• This role will be a maximum-term contract and therefore, you must be available from now until 24th January 2027
