Job summary

Pillow Talk is seeking a Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistant in Gosford to join the team during the peak festive period. You will engage customers, help create festive decor looks, and ensure both stock and displays are inviting and tidy.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, reliable, and comfortable working weekends. Previous retail experience is helpful, but training is provided. This role runs through January 24, 2027, on a maximum-term basis.

• You're full of personality and confidence, and can quickly develop interpersonal connections with customers and colleagues
• You have the ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities and all the curveballs that retail can throw at you
• You have great availability for work across the seven days of the week, and most importantly our busy weekends
• Great listening skills and problem-solving skills to help our customers find the perfect home gift idea for their loved ones...(comfort really is the gift that keeps on giving!)
• This role will be a maximum-term contract and therefore, you must be available from now until 24th January 2027
