Job summary

Pillow Talk Noosa is seeking a Christmas Retail Sales Assistant as a casual, maximum-term role to help customers select festive homeware and linen. You’ll unpack new Christmas stock, create decorative looks, and deliver friendly in-store service during peak season.

Ideal candidates are energetic, personable, and able to work across seven days, including weekends, with a positive, customer-focused attitude. A strong team spirit is valued.

We are now looking for additional team members across the country to help us bring the Christmas spirit alive. Anyone can offer you a job at Christmas, but we’ve got something else in mind - JOY!It's not about how much you know about linen, homewares, or bedding (we can teach you that!), it’s about you, and your unwavering passion to delight every customer you engage!

• You’re full of personality and confidence, and can quickly develop interpersonal connections with customers and colleagues
• You have the ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities and all the curveballs that retail can throw at you
• You have great availability for work across the seven days of the week, and most importantly our busy weekends
• Great listening skills and problem-solving skills to help our customers find the perfect home gift idea for their loved ones...(comfort really is the gift that keeps on giving!)
• This role will be a maximum-term contract and therefore, you must be available from nowuntil 24th January 2027
