Pillow Talk in Rockhampton is seeking a cheerful Christmas Retail Sales Assistant to join our team during the busy holiday period. You’ll help customers with festive ideas, unpack new stock and keep shelves looking inviting.

No linen or homewares knowledge is required—training is provided. The role is a casual, maximum-term contract from now until 24 January 2027, with weekend availability and a competitive hourly rate plus incentives.

We are now looking for additional team members across the country to help us bring the Christmas spirit alive. A bit about you…

• You’re full of personality and confidence, and can quickly develop interpersonal connections with customers and colleagues
• You have the ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities and all the curveballs that retail can throw at you
• You have great availability for work across the seven days of the week, and most importantly our busy weekends
• Great listening skills and problem-solving skills to help our customers find the perfect home gift idea for their loved ones...(comfort really is the gift that keeps on giving!)
• This role will be a maximum-term contract and therefore, you must be available from now until 24th January 2027
