Job summary

Pillow Talk is hiring a Christmas Casual Retail Stock Assistant for our Cannon Hill store in Brisbane. You will help receive stock, unpack products, and allocate items to the floor or storeroom while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires great customer service, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work across all seven days, including weekends. Offers include in-store discounts and monthly incentives, plus benefits through the Flare partnership such as novated leasing.

We are now looking for additional team members across the country to help us bring the Christmas spirit alive. A bit about you…

• Ability to assist with stock receival, ensuring products are unpacked in a timely manner and allocated appropriately to either refill the floor or restock the storeroom
• Ability to lift up to 20kg of stock and an understanding of OHS practices...(we care about you and our customers safety!)
• You’re full of personality and confidence, and can quickly develop interpersonal connections with customers and colleagues
• You have the ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities and all the curveballs that retail can throw at you
• You have great availability for work across the seven days of the week, and most importantly our busy weekends
• Great listening skills and problem-solving skills to help our customers find the perfect home gift idea for their loved ones...(comfort really is the gift that keeps on giving!)
• This role will be a maximum-term contract and therefore, you must be available from nowuntil 24th January 2027
