Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a hands-on Christmas Connection Coordinator to support the Toys 'n' Tucker program from early November to mid-December. Based at the Minchinbury warehouse, you’ll coordinate donations, supervise volunteers and ensure hampers are prepared with care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sorting, packing and preparation of donated food and toys for distribution to families in need.
• Support, guide and supervise volunteers with inductions and ongoing communication.
• Work with Warehouse Manager to ensure efficient daily operations and timely hampers preparation.
• Maintain quality by sorting and checking donations according to expiry dates.
• Promote a safe, inclusive working environment and deliver safety briefings as required.
