Zamel's Jewellers in Werribee, Vic. is seeking a Christmas Casual Sales Professional to join our energetic team. You will engage with a diverse range of customers, deliver high standards of service, and contribute to the store's sales targets.

As a casual team member on the shop floor, you’ll be responsible for your own performance while helping the team meet KPI goals and budget expectations, all within a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Volume Jewellery Sales: You will many different people each day and no two days on the Zamel's shop floor are the same!

Sales Execution: Confidently execute the Zamel's Sales Framework to drive brand consistency and deliver industry leading standards.

Commercial Focus: Champion a results-driven culture by meeting and exceeding sales targets, KPIs, and store budgets.

Strategic Focus: Your daily store activity has a big impact. You will need to be energetic, collaborative, and driven to succeed. You will want to "WELCOME everyone on purpose!"
