POP MART in Melbourne is hiring Casual Sales Associates to join our fast-paced, high-volume retail team during the Christmas season. You’ll engage customers, share product knowledge, and help reach sales targets while maintaining a vibrant, creative store environment.

The role suits individuals who love pop culture and collectibles, can handle weekend shifts and late trade hours, and want a dynamic job with global brand exposure in Australia and New Zealand.

What You’ll Do

Deliver Great Customer Experience

• Engage customers confidently and provide friendly, energetic service
• Share product knowledge and introduce new collections
• Support sales targets through upselling and cross‑selling

Maintain Store Standards

• Replenish stock and maintain strong visual merchandising
• Keep the store clean, organised and customer‑ready
• Support deliveries, stock counts and inventory accuracy

Support Daily Store Operations

• Process transactions accurately through POS
• Follow store procedures and loss prevention measures
• Support product launches and peak trading periods

Who You Are

• Reliable, positive and able to stay composed during busy periods
• Quick learners with strong attention to detail

Availability Requirements (Important)

• Flexible availability (must be available at least one weekend day, and one of the late‑night trades on Thursday or Friday)
• Typical rosters include weekends and late shifts
• Able to work shopping centre hours
• Open availability during peak season November to January each year
