POP MART is hiring Christmas Casual Sales Associates in Melbourne. You will engage customers, share product knowledge and contribute to a fast-paced retail environment. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, upselling, stock replenishment and smooth daily operations.

This seasonal position supports POP MART’s expanding Australian presence, with weekend and late shifts required during the peak November–January period.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock and assist with stock counts and inventory accuracy.
• Keep the store clean, organized and customer-ready.
• Support deliveries, stock counts and inventory checks.
• Assist with daily store operations and processing transactions via POS.
• Follow store procedures and loss prevention measures.

What You’ll Do

• Availability Requirements (Important)
  • Flexible availability (must be available at least one weekend day, and one of the late-night trades on Thursday or Friday)
  • Typical rosters include weekends and late shifts
  • Able to work shopping centre hours
  • Open availability during peak season November to January each year
