Greet customers, guide fragrance choices, upsell gift sets, and keep the store gift-ready during busy periods. Flexible availability from November 2026 to January 2027, including weekends and extended trading hours.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail or customer service, ideally fragrance, beauty or luxury retail
• Genuine love of people and ability to build rapport with customers
• Sales-driven mindset with confidence to recommend and upsell
• Can-do, positive attitude from shop floor to stockroom
• Eye for detail and pride in store presentation and stock
• Comfort working in fast-paced environment with high customer traffic and large stock volumes
• Polished, professional presentation to suit Palermo's sleek look

About you

Experience as a retail assistant, sales assistant or in customer service, ideally in fragrance, beauty or luxury retail (desirable, not essential)

A genuine love of people and a natural ability to build rapport with customers

A sales-driven mindset, with the confidence to recommend and upsell

A can-do, positive attitude toward every part of the role, from the shop floor to the stockroom

An eye for detail and pride in keeping the store beautifully presented and well stocked

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with high customer traffic and large stock volumes

A polished, professional presentation that suits Palermo's sleek, signature black look

Flexible availability from November 2026 to January 2027, including weekends, public holidays and extended trading hours
