Job summary

Michael Hill Jeweller is seeking Christmas Casuals to join our premium jewellery brand during the holiday season. You will support the sales team, assist with customer enquiries and help create memorable store experiences.

Shifts run from October through February with an hourly rate of AUD 35.08 inclusive of casual loading, plus penalty rates for weekday evenings from 6pm, weekends and public holidays. Junior rates apply for team members under 21.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional and approachable style when connecting with customers.
• Experience supporting Click & Collect orders and assisting with customer enquiries.
• Enjoy creating attractive store displays and maintaining high presentation standards.
• Be enthusiastic, well-presented, and passionate about delivering great service.
• Have flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
