Job summary

Kestrel Coal Midco is seeking expressions of interest for CHPP Maintainer / Operator (Mechanical & Electrical Tradespeople). The CHPP team safely processes coal and supports fixed plant equipment at our large underground mine in Queensland.

You’ll contribute to safe, reliable operation and perform inspections, fault-finding, maintenance and reliability improvement initiatives. A permanent on-site role with a 7/7 roster awaits, with accommodation support and salary packaging.

Qualifications

• A recognised Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification.
• Experience working on fixed plant equipment in mining or heavy industry.
• Ability to fault-find, troubleshoot and perform maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CHPP fixed plant equipment and related systems.
• Conduct inspections and fault-finding to support reliability.
