Job summary

Carroll CHPP Consultancy is hiring CHPP operators and maintainer roles across Bowen Basin. Roles include non-trade and electrical/mechanical maintenance, with DIDO or FIFO options depending on site and experience.

We emphasize safety, upskilling opportunities via our sister CTS, and full-time or subcontract arrangements across multiple sites. Training and compliance are core to the role.

Qualifications

• Coal handling (CHPP) experience is preferred.
• Current drivers licence required.
• Right to work in Australia.
• SSE/Delegate Signed Skills List.
• Coal Board Medical/Standard 11.

CHPP Operator Maintainers (Electrician/Fitter/Nontrade) DIDO BIBO

We are seeking CHPP operators (non-trade) and operator maintainers (mechanical, electrical) for the operation of multiple CHPP's in the Bowen Basin. As a key member of a high performing team, you will play an integral role in implementing the client’s production processing requirements. Opportunities for up skilling all relevant units for a cert 3 in resource processing exist through our sister company CTS. There are roles across multiple sites. DIDO or FIFO depending on the site and your experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

An absolute commitment to working safely, complying with all site safety standards and ensuring a safe and environmentally healthy workplace is essential. It is imperative that you possess the ability and aptitude to maintain high standards of safety, equipment serviceability, housekeeping and compliance with mine working procedures.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

It will be beneficial to have mining experience with a skillset of one or more of the below processing competencies, with either nationally recognized "Statements of Attainment" or SSE signed site based training reports.
