Job summary

WorkPac is recruiting a CHPP/Wash Plant operator to join a leading global mining client in Central Queensland's Bowen Basin. You will operate on site within the CHPP department, performing pre-start checks and contributing to daily production targets.

Role requires experience in CHPP/Wash Plant, dozer operation, and a current Standard 11 or willingness to obtain. You’ll work a 7/7 roster with 12.5-hour shifts, and enjoy an on-site camp with meals and facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in CHPP/Wash Plant environments.
• Experience operating Komatsu D475 or CAT D10T/D11T Dozers.
• Current Standard 11 certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen.
• Current valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Operate within the CHPP Department on site.
• Carry out pre-start checks and basic machine care.
• Work safely following site procedures and standards.
• Contribute to production targets within a team.

What You Will Need

• Previous experience working within CHPP/Wash Plant
• Previous experience operating Komatsu D475 Dozers or CAT D10T/D11T Dozers
• Current Standard 11 or willingness to obtain
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
• Current Drivers licence
