Job summary

Argo Natural Resources is seeking an Electrical Coordinator for the New Burton CHPP in Queensland. The role involves coordinating and scheduling electrical maintenance across the CHPP, ensuring safety and efficiency to support reliable plant operations.

Reporting to the Maintenance Superintendent, you will manage maintenance activities, uphold regulatory compliance, and build strong working relationships across the organisation.

Qualifications

Minimum two years’ experience as Electrical Coordinator in a Coal Handling Preparation Plant.
Electrical trade qualifications are required.
Current EEHA competency is mandatory.
HV Switching experience and competency required.
LV/CPR Rescue competency is required.
G189 (S123) and G2 competencies are required.
Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
Flexible, proactive and solutions-focused attitude; able to adapt to changing priorities.
Meticulous with record keeping, compliance and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule electrical maintenance activities across New Burton CHPP.
Ensure maintenance is delivered safely and efficiently to support a productive environment.
Collaborate with Maintenance Superintendent and site teams to optimise downtime.
