Job summary

Whitehaven Coal is seeking motivated Maintenance Technicians for Maules Creek Mine in NSW. If you’re experienced in fixed plant maintenance and want a stable, on-site role with relocation support, this is for you.

Qualifications

• Experience in mining or heavy industry maintaining fixed plant equipment.
• Trade qualification including NSW Certificate of Proficiency is required.
• Willingness to relocate to the region with relocation assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Complete planned, unplanned and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate safe working practices, manage risk and report hazards.
• Work with minimal supervision and carry out assigned work orders.
• Perform breakdown activities in a safe and proficient manner.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative organisational culture.

About The Role

• Monday to Friday Roster – be home every night
• Transport to site provided for all shifts

Our largest NSW mining operation, Maules Creek are seeking motivated Maintenance Technicians to join our on-site Coal Preparation and Handling Plant team. Join a supportive environment with genuine career growth and a true work/life balance.

Maules Creek Mine is situated 40 minutes from the vibrant rural town of Gunnedah NSW, known for its agricultural prominence and strong sense of community and cultural heritage.
