Job summary

Glencore Ravensworth Operations in NSW is seeking a CHPP Maintenance Planning Coordinator to lead maintenance planning for fixed infrastructure and CHPP systems. You will oversee shutdown planning, asset strategy development and performance reporting, ensuring safety and efficiency in a high‑performance mining environment.

The ideal candidate will bring trade qualifications, leadership, and strong coal processing knowledge, with a focus on continuous improvement and safe operations.

• Must have relevant competencies and trade qualifications.
• Self-managed with strong communication and teamwork.
• Strong knowledge of coal processing and CHPP drivers.
• Demonstrated leadership and commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Resourcing fixed infrastructure maintenance tasks.
• CHPP major shutdown planning and scheduling.
• Develop, implement and review asset management strategies including condition monitoring.
• Conduct root cause analysis investigations into equipment failures.
• Maintenance spend and performance reporting.
