Job summary

Glencore Ravensworth Operations in NSW is seeking a CHPP Maintenance Planning Coordinator to lead maintenance planning for fixed infrastructure and CHPP systems. You will oversee shutdown planning, asset strategy development and performance reporting, ensuring safety and efficiency in a high‑performance mining environment.

The ideal candidate will bring trade qualifications, leadership, and strong coal processing knowledge, with a focus on continuous improvement and safe operations.

• Conduct root cause analysis investigations into equipment failures.

Ravensworth Operations comprises of Ravensworth Open Cut and the Coal Handling Preparation Plant that provides high quality coal for the export market. The operation has approval to mine over 14Mtpa, with a long life of mine. The Role

• Resourcing of fixed infrastructure preventative and corrective maintenance tasks;
• CHPP Major Shutdown planning and scheduling;
• Overseeing the development, implementation and review of asset management strategies including condition monitoring;
• Conducting root cause analysis investigations into equipment failures;
• Maintenance spend and performance reporting.

• Relevant competencies and trade qualifications;
• Self-managed, strong communication and work well within a team environment;
• Strong knowledge of coal processing and an understanding of key drivers of a CHPP;
• Strong leadership capability and commitment to continuous improvement.
